Terry Omron is a sales professional with the Toro Company that has been supporting the Irrigation Industry in the CPCIA regions as well as BC for many years. His dedication to Training and Education of Contractors, Suppliers, and Municipalities is a shining light to the professionalism our industries strive for.
Partnerships
The Canadian Prairie Chapter of The Irrigation Association partners with a range of industry associations, public and private agencies, and other organizations to represent the interests of our members. Together, we work to:
- Educate the public about water-use efficiency
- Advocate sound policies to ensure the long-term sustainability of water resources.
- Quantify the economic and ecosystem benefits of efficient irrigation.
- Define best practices for effective water management and set standards for irrigation products.
2022 Board of Directors
Board of Directors are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting by regular members of the chapter. The Board of Directors is intended to represent all member types and market segments. Executive board positions (President, Vice-President) are automatically filled by the previous years Vice-President.
